International DHC+ Summer School in Göttingen

For its 10th anniversary, the DHC+ Summer School will return to Germany, where it all began! Göttingen was chosen as the destination of next year's edition during the DHC+ Education & Training meeting.

The 2022 anniversary edition of the Sumer School will take place in August, and will be hosted by our DHC+ members HAWK University in collaboration with AGFW and Fraunhofer Institute- ISI.

The Summer School is the DHC+ learning programme designed for students and young professionals. It provides them the opportunity to engage with and learn from experienced and reputed speakers helping develop an in-depth knowledge about the District Heating and Cooling sector. The purpose of the Summer School is to offer a unique course on district energy combining theoretical lectures with practical application, site visits and networking opportunities.

Every year, one of the DHC+ members has the opportunity to host the Summer School, promote its city/region and position itself as a lead supporter for Education & Training measures in district energy.
